Outside or Indoors, we cater for all community events and activities, staff meetings, hot and cold lunches, team days home or away, breakfast meetings and conference packages. We can also work with communities in providing cookery courses tailored to your requirements. We understand with community work there is often a limited budget and we are happy to discuss costs with you to find a menu that will work for you. If you are applying for funding we can give you a quotation to include in your funding bid. All our menus are designed to give you an idea on price and choices.

We have a further selection of menus on our Taste and See website if you are looking for something a little different. We are also able to provide bespoke menus and if you have something you would like included, we are happy to include your request.

Hire
We can provide hire of wine glasses champagne flutes, tumblers, wine buckets, tables and tablecloths.

Payment
On agreement of quotation we will send you a confirmation invoice and will request a 10% deposit to secure booking. The balance is payable 5 days before the event. If the invoice has been based on estimated numbers of guests, we will require exact number a week before your event and will adjust the invoice accordingly.

Cancellation
If you cancel up to 7 days before the event payment will be due in full.
If you cancel earlier after having paid your 10% deposit, then you will be required to pay a further 15%

We provide food for many funerals, remembrance, memorial services and ceremonies. We understand that dates for these can be quite close when booking with us. We are happy to waive the deposit and take full payment up to on the day. We also understand if the payment has to come through solicitors or executors and will wait up to 14 days for payment.
